Return and Refunds

We have a NO-QUESTIONS asked RETURN and REFUND policy only under the following circumstances:

A return is made right at the point of delivery and not AFTER accepting the delivery (Read following section on EXCHANGES for post-delivery)
A product was received in a damaged condition at delivery
The original invoice is returned along with the products being returned in absolutely the same condition as at delivery - packaging and labelling intact.
We do offer an EXCHANGE in the following circumstances:

In case of Refunds, we will be crediting to the original account within 7 days of refund confirmation by our team

The products being returned are in absolutely the same condition as was delivered - packaging and labelling intact.
The products are accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase.
The Exchange is being requested within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
