This Price Match Policy ("Policy") governs price matching requests submitted to The Pet Project ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a price match request, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Terms of Use.
Eligibility and Conditions
We will match the advertised price of an identical product offered by a competitor, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is identical in brand, model, size, and specifications
- You provide a valid screenshot and direct URL link to the competitor's current listing showing the lower price
- The competitor's price is publicly available and not restricted to members, loyalty program participants, or logged-in customers only
- The price is not a special promotional price available through cashback, rebates, loyalty points, or other conditional discounts
- The price does not apply to bulk purchases, wholesale orders, or quantities exceeding standard retail limits
- The competitor is an authorized retailer operating legally in India
- The product is in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's advertised price Order and Request Process.
To submit a price match request, follow these steps:
- Place your order with The Pet Project at our listed price
- Submit your price match request on the same day of your purchase date
- Include your order number, product details, screenshot, and competitor URL
- Send your request via email to hello@thepetproject.com or through our customer care number 7259124665.
Our team will verify the competitor's price and product specifications within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome. Refund and Adjustment If your price match request is approved:
- We will refund the price difference to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and not subject to price matching.

Exclusions and Limitations
We do not price match in the following cases:
- Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale items
- Prices from unauthorized resellers, marketplace listings with variable pricing, or international retailers
- Requests with inaccurate, expired, or unverifiable competitor information
- Multiple price match requests on the same order • Prices combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing independently and reject requests that do not meet our criteria. This policy may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Dispute Resolution
